Our Story
Our company began in 2007 as a small-scale manufacturing business and repair shop. Specializing in diagnostic tools, we earned a reputable name as a durable equipment manufacturer. After 5 years of growth mainly through word-of-mouth, we moved into a larger facility and expanded our services to offer the best equipment support to contractors.
Our Founder John Bartucciotto has worked in the plumbing industry for over 35 years, making his beginning as a journeyman plumber. Since he started his career in the industry, he has had the privilege of owning his own subcontracting company before making the transition into innovation. John’s drive and commitment towards providing his customers with excellent and reliable service is the foundation of our company. We strive to continue his legacy of integrity, innovation and helpfulness.
